A role that recognises experience We are looking for a Building Control Officer to join our team. Ideally, you will hold a minimum competency level of Residential 1 and have experience working within a Building Consent Authority. The salary range reflects the level of competency, experience, and technical capability demonstrated by the successful applicant. The full salary for this position of $105,590 applies to an officer operating at the fully effective level. Our preference is to appoint an experienced Building Control Officer who can make an immediate contribution to the team. However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates whose experience sits either above or below this level. This includes highly experienced practitioners with advanced competencies who may be suitable for a senior-level role, as well as suitably qualified candidates with the potential to further develop their Building Control career. Appointment level and remuneration will reflect the skills, qualifications, competencies, and experience of the successful applicant.
