Reporting tothe EDI Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing EDI processes,supporting the EDI/EAN team, and ensuring a smooth, accurate flow of data fromthe packhouse to Zespri. You’ll also provide guidance and leadership to theEDI/EAN Operators and assist in supporting shipping and operational teams whenrequired. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, excellentattention to detail, and a can-do attitude, particularly during peak harvestperiods. WhatYou’ll Be Doing Ensureaccurate and timely data entry from the packhouse to Zespri. Lead,train, and support EDI/EAN Operators, helping maintain procedural adherence anddata integrity. Ensureall packs are bar-coded correctly and reflect accurate grower, size, andvariety information. Supportshipping and site teams as required to meet operational needs. Collaboratewith internal teams (Inventory, Logistics, Site Management, HarvestCoordinators, Quality Controllers) and external partners (Zespri, AVOCO,Yieldia) to resolve data issues. Assistthe EDI Manager with projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaincompliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures. WhatYou’ll Bring Provenexperience in data management, inventory systems, or EDI operations. Abilityto train, supervise, and motivate a small team. Strongplanning, prioritising, and time management skills, particularly under peakseason pressure. Excellentcommunication skills and a collaborative team approach. Highaccuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Flexible,self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset. Positive,energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Flexibility with working hours during the harvest period (March-June). Preferred: Experiencein the kiwifruit or avocado industry. Tertiaryqualification in business management or similar.
