Job Description
Doist is seeking a customer-focused account specialist based at our Te Rapa office and warehouse in Hamilton. You will be the main contact for many customers, helping grow sales while nurturing existing relationships. Your day-to-day includes handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining CRM records, coordinating promotions, and working with warehouse and admin teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
