AtGaia Earth Forest Preschool, we're looking for a warm, experienced, and motivatedteam leader to lead our Under 2s room. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a dedicated team while creating a calm, nurturing environment where infants and toddlers can explore, grow, and flourish. About us Gaia Earth Forest Preschool is a unique nature-inspired early learning centre in Manurewa. Our philosophy embraces exploration, curiosity, and learning through nature, while providing the highest quality care and education for our tamariki. What we're looking for A current New Zealand ECE Teaching Registration. Experience working with children under two years. Proven experience leading or working in a full-capacity Under 2s room within a large early childhood centre. The right person understands the pace, organisation, and leadership required to successfully manage a busy infant environment. A sound understanding of Te Whāriki and current ECE practice. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine passion for nature-based education and respectful infant care.
