We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Category Customer Senior Analyst to join our Sales team, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Key Position Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Strategic Planning Support the Category Customer Manager with process and analysis for formation of Joint Business and Joint Category plans Aligning KH and Customer strategies and activities over 18 month horizons Category Strategy Detailed knowledge and understanding of the performance by retailer for the categories Kraft Heinz participates in, with primary focus on Balance/Protect Categories Support the risks and opportunities process by developing and monitoring retailer-oriented plans through cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Finance to close gaps against the plan, Complete monthly review of market share and scan for internal routines and planning Range Reviews Support the objective setting and R&O process for Must Win/Grow range reviews Support the development of stories and sell-in for customer-facing workshops and range reviews in partnership with Sales, Category Revenue, and Category Development. Consult on customer target setting for new product launches, including distribution and margin assumptions Identify risks and develop retailer-oriented plans, ensuring effective communication of category strategies and assumptions with sales, marketing, and demand planning teams. Support the formation of deletion defense stories to ensure optimal range review outcomes, aligned with category strategies and retailer objectives. Support with customer planning, focusing on segmentation, ranging gaps, and promotional activation. Insights Collaborate with Category Development and Marketing teams to make ranging category decisions to support Kraft Heinz strategic objectives. Develop and leverage tools, processes, insights, and systems capabilities related to range, shelf layout, and distribution performance. What You'll Bring Strong commercial acumen ideally through direct experience in Sales or Category management Customer facing experience to sell plans to customers Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to influence and sell recommendations internally and externally Action-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver through others Quantium, Circana or Dunnhumby experience Advanced Excel and Power Point Account management experience advantageous Promotion and/or range modelling Systems knowledge a plus: Nielsen/IRI Scan/Panel (e.g. Temple, UNIFY), Demantra, JDA, Tableau, Quantium, Dunnhumby Number of years working experience in Category Management and Shopper insights, Key Account Management or Sales related function. FMCG experience is desired.
