What you’ll need to succeed Ability to identify strategic needs, collaborate on planning and provide sound business and technical recommendations Strong Flutter development experience, including designing, building and debugging mobile applications Experience leading teams using SCRUM and Agile methodologies Strong API integration experience and understanding of secure, scalable digital architecture Ability and willingness to challenge the status quo to deliver long-term change and improvements Extensive experience building effective relationships with product owners, technology teams and key business stakeholders Passionate about delivery and accustomed to driving business-critical programmes to success Who we are We're a leading provider of KiwiSaver, helping our clients to determine the best strategies to reach their financial goals.
