Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office and play a key role in delivering complex visualisation and technology projects for clients around the world. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll lead projects from initiation through to completion while building strong, long-term client relationships. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard, while working closely with our production, development and business development teams. AI is becoming an increasingly important part of how we work. We’re already using it in practical ways across the business to improve efficiency and quality, and we’re looking for someone who is curious about emerging technologies and open to incorporating AI into the way projects are delivered. About the Role You’ll balance exceptional project delivery with proactive client relationship management in a fast-paced, project-based environment. You will: Lead multiple client projects from planning through to successful delivery. Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their primary day-to-day contact. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources. Collaborate closely with production, development and business development teams to deliver outstanding outcomes. Ensure projects meet agreed commercial, quality and delivery objectives. Identify risks early and proactively manage project issues. Monitor project performance, reporting and financials throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and delivery processes. Support business development by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships. Contribute to research, innovation and the ongoing evolution of Truescape’s services and capabilities. About You You’re an experienced project manager who enjoys working directly with clients and thrives on solving complex challenges. You’re equally comfortable leading conversations with clients, coordinating technical and creative teams, and ensuring projects stay on track commercially. You’ll bring: Significant experience managing complex client projects within a professional services, digital, software, creative, engineering consultancy or similar project-based environment. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver bespoke client solutions. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Sound commercial and financial acumen, including managing project budgets and resources. Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative leadership style and a continuous improvement mindset. Confidence using project management systems and reporting tools. An interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can improve project delivery and team effectiveness. About Truescape For over 30 years, Truescape has worked with organisations in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors to help communicate complex projects clearly and effectively. Using advanced visualisation technology and fact-based storytelling, Truescape transforms technical and environmental data into visual experiences that support project planning, stakeholder engagement and regulatory approvals. Headquartered in Christchurch, Truescape partners with clients around the world on major energy and infrastructure developments. Why Join Us Deliver meaningful projects for globally recognised clients. Be part of an experienced and collaborative Project Management Office. Work alongside talented production, development and business development teams. Opportunity to influence how projects are delivered as we continue to evolve our processes and technology. Be part of a business embracing AI in practical, value-adding ways. Spacious office located in Riccarton, close to transport and amenities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
