Christchurch Men's Prison (CMP) and Christchurch Women's Prison (CWP) are seeking Case Managers to join a dedicated team providing end-to-end management for people serving sentences, focusing on rehabilitation and reintegration needs. As a Case Manager you will handle initial assessments, needs identification, case planning, and collaborate with external agencies and whānau.
