What Makes This One Worth Applying For Strong site travel and variety, not a desk-only role Genuine autonomy and ownership on smaller projects, with senior backup when things get complex Broad exposure across land development, commercial, and industrial project types Salary band open for discussion, depending on your level Responsibilities Geotechnical and civil design input for land development, commercial, and industrial projects Planning and reviewing geotechnical investigations, interpreting ground conditions Preparing technical reports and construction documentation Leading project delivery and mentoring junior engineers Managing client relationships About You Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (minimum) Experience in geotechnical and/or civil engineering, ideally with land development or commercial/industrial exposure CPEng status (or close to attaining) for Senior-level applicants Full NZ driver's licence and willingness to travel for site work Other Roles Available We're also recruiting Geotechnical Engineers across Auckland from Intermediate through to Principal and Team Leader level, covering the North Shore, Auckland CBD, and Newmarket.
