As Programme & Operations Manager, you'll be at the centre of Silo's day-to-day activity. Working closely with our Executive Director and Artistic Director, you'll coordinate productions, auditions, artist development, rehearsals, workshops, ticketing, reporting and the operation of Silo Hall. You'll build systems that help the organisation run smoothly and create the conditions for artists and colleagues to do their best work. No two weeks are the same. One day you might be welcoming artists into rehearsals, coordinating opening night logistics or setting up a public reading. The next you could be improving ticketing systems, preparing reporting data or managing a venue hire. About You You're someone who: loves creating order from complexity enjoys building practical systems that make everyone's lives easier is calm, thoughtful and adaptable under pressure communicates clearly and enjoys working with a wide range of people notices the details that help artists, audiences and colleagues feel genuinely cared for is excited by the idea of helping create ambitious Aotearoa theatre. You'll likely have experience coordinating projects, events, programmes or productions, and you'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and care. Experience in the arts is valuable, but we're equally interested in people with exceptional operational skills who are excited by the opportunity to work in a creative environment. Why Silo?
