Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and an APC Recent clinical nursing experience, ideally within orthopaedics, surgical nursing, or an acute care environment Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to confidently step into a variety of clinical situations Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic healthcare setting A patient-centred approach, with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care and positive patient outcomes Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while contributing positively to team culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice Previous experience in a private healthcare setting would be advantageous Competitive Rewards : Attractive remuneration package and employee referral bonus scheme.
