Sealord seeks Vessel Factory Engineer Trainees for 2026 to join our Nelson-based team. The role offers hands-on engineering and mechanical exposure aboard vessels, with two to six week trips, 12-hour shifts, and meals provided. Ideal candidates have engineering or mechanical experience or a relevant trade qualification (diesel mechanic or fitter and turner).
