ConneXu Whanau is seeking Casual Community Facilitators to support disabled partners in Tauranga, New Zealand. You will work across environments to assist with daily living, participate in community activities, and help partners achieve their goals. This casual role offers flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to fit around study or family commitments.
