Team Leader

Silver Fern Farms Takapau is recruiting aTeamLeaderfor their Primary Butchery. You will be joining ateamof two teamleaders,looking after 90 production staff, with the support of a DepartmentTeamLeader. This role is nightshift of 45 hours per week. As aTeamLeader, you will have responsibility and accountability for the department and its outcomes. You will play a critical part in ensuringteammembers know and understand what’s expected and how theteam’s production output contributes to the overall departmental production targets. You will provide inspirationalleadership to theteamwhich enables the highest of standards to be set and builds ateamculture which embraces and values respect, safety, accountability, andteamwork.
