We will also consider those who are experienced tradespeople looking for somewhere different to hone their skills. *Contractorswill need to undergo a police check and provide evidence of necessary insurance documents. Quality workmanship and timekeeping Experience working to deadlines Great attention to detail A full clean NZ Driving Licence The successful candidate needs to be professional, have great communication skills, an eye for detail and be an effective problem solver. This is a hands-on position that may be physically demanding but is rewarding. In terms of experience the successful candidate will have: Well organised and able to work in a team and on your own Understand construction plans Ideally have industry or building experience Full NZ driver’s license Knowledge of Safe Work practices Experience using standard hand tools and measuring equipment Safe size passport (Preferable but not essential) NZ Residency or Valid NZ Working Visa #J-18808-Ljbffr
