Christchurch, New Zealand | req32040 We're looking for an experienced Linehaul Driver to join our team and help keep our operations moving across New Zealand. What you will enjoy doing Safely complete scheduled linehaul runs across New Zealand, making sure deliveries are on time and meet transport schedules Follow all safety procedures, transport regulations, and dangerous goods requirements while keeping a strong focus on safe driving and fatigue management Check that loads are secure, compliant, and correctly documented before and during every trip Carry out vehicle and trailer inspections, keep equipment in good condition, and report any faults or maintenance needs Use EROAD and other company systems to record deliveries, inspections, and compliance information, while keeping the team updated on any delays or issues Work closely with operations, scheduling, and maintenance teams to keep freight moving safely, efficiently, and reliably What makes you great A minimum of 2 years, proven, hands-on Class 5 driving experience with a current New Zealand Class 5 licence and Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and New Zealand transport regulations Great communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road Confident using technology to complete electronic paperwork accurately, with strong attention to detail Forklift endorsement and/or Approved Filler certification would be an advantage Why you will love working with us At Linde, you'll do work that matters.
