About the Role \n
\nReporting into the Quality team, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance activities across a busy manufacturing operation and ensuring customer, food safety and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.\n
\nKey responsibilities include:\n
\n

\n
• Leading and supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities across site
\n
• Managing product testing, verification, release and investigation processes
\n
• Coordinating quality reporting, audits and corrective actions
\n
• Supporting and developing a team of Quality Officers
\n
• Driving a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
\n

About You
\n
\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\n
\n

\n
• Experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar regulated environment
\n
• A qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality or a related discipline
\n
• Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance and quality systems
\n
• Previous leadership or team supervision experience
\n
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
\n
