Intermediate / Senior Graphic Designer The Creative Store Auckland, NZ Our client, an Auckland-based branding design agency, is looking for a talented intermediate or senior-level Designer to join their studio, covering a Parental Leave contract. They are a small brand, design, and digital agency that creates brands with impact. They collaborate with clients in healthcare, infrastructure, technology, professional services, retail, and community organisations – helping them to become stronger, smarter, and more distinctive. You are a designer ready to step into a pivotal role. This role will give you the opportunity to lead creative projects in partnership with the Director, collaborate closely with a dynamic team, and bring bold ideas to life across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences. What you will do: Lead design projects across brand, digital, campaigns, and activations Collaborate with strategists, other creatives, and developers to deliver work that is both strategic and beautiful Work hands-on across design platforms, with a strong emphasis on digital execution Build and publish websites in Webflow Ensure every output, whether brand identity, website, or campaign, meets the highest creative and craft standards What we are looking for: An experienced designer with a strong portfolio across brand and digital Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow Strong conceptual thinking – you can shape the big idea as well as polish the details Confidence working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team Great communication skills—you can present, persuade, and lead clients through creative work Social and environmental awareness Empathy and insight Cutting to the chase Understanding of tikanga Māori or a commitment to learn Our client is a small, passionate agency with big ambitions.
