Service Advisor

Work with global automotive brands; Audi, Subaru and Volkswagen. As our dedicated Service Advisor, you’ll join our Service department team as a key contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure they have a great experience and that their vehicle gets the care it needs from our service technicians. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll handle booking schedules and ensure our customers are well-informed about the servicing process for their vehicles. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with our technicians to ensure they’re briefed on daily requirements, whilst allowing a good flow of communication to ensure timeframes and customer expectations are met. We’re looking for someone with the following : 2 years experience in a reception, customer service, or automotive role Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attention to detail. Great computer skills and systems knowledge. Prior customer service or automotive experience would be an advantage, but not essential. A valid full driver’s licence. This is a permanent full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) working Monday to Friday in Queenstown. You will be an important addition to a fast-paced and small team environment with excellent working conditions. A career in the automotive industry requires the drive for success.
