Service Technician

Service Technician PGG Wrightson Rangiora, NZ An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Water team in Rangiora as a Service Technician. This role is responsible for servicing our customers' pivot, hard and soft hose irrigators, pumps and irrigation needs in the North Canterbury region. In this role you will have the opportunity of maintaining and installing mainline, headworks and pipework as well as develop your skills both in the workshop and out in the field. We require energetic and positive technicians with a can do attitude, who are looking for a varied and challenging role. Our preferred candidate will be from an agricultural servicing or trade background with excellent communication skills. A trade in Engineering or EST Qualification and a class 4 drivers license would be an advantage yet not essential. This role will involve some travel and overnight stays from time to time (and you will be compensated for this).
