About the Role As a Finance Analyst, you'll be a key member of the Enabling Services Finance team, providing operational and tactical financial support across a diverse portfolio but primarily Digital Services. You'll partner with operational managers and stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, meaningful analysis, and trusted advice that supports informed decision-making and strong financial performance. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll prepare management accounts, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, undertake detailed financial analysis, and provide insightful reporting that helps leaders understand financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll work with tools such as FPIM and Qlik to analyse financial and operational data, support month-end processes, monitor balance sheet performance, and develop business intelligence reporting. You'll also provide training and support to finance and non-finance staff, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help strengthen financial capability across the organisation. About you As a finance professional, you'll bring strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach to building trusted relationships. A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, commerce, or equivalent professional experience. At least three years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role. A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and support both finance and non-finance teams.
