Make a positive impact within a large and fast-paced organisation We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support to a busy HR team during a period of transition. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable HR professional who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant administrative support. This role has a strong focus on employment documentation and onboarding, while also offering exposure to wider HR administration and recruitment coordination activities. In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle Prepare employment agreements for new hires and internal movements Generate employment contracts using established templates and documentation systems Manage a steady volume of employment documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all compliance requirements are completed Support recruitment administration and onboarding processes Liaise with hiring managers, recruitment teams, and employees to ensure a seamless experience Assist with employee correspondence and organisational communications Respond to general HR-related enquiries and provide frontline support where required About You To be successful in this position, you will bring: Previous experience in an HR Administration role Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Experience preparing employment documentation and contracts Excellent organisational and time management skills The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive and professional approach to your work Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications What’s on Offer Temporarycontract through to 18th December 2026 Immediate opportunity to contribute and make an impact Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Opportunity to gain experience within a large and complex organisation Supportive team environment with collaborative stakeholders Competitive hourly rate + 8% holiday pay Please Note: Candidates must be available to commit to the full assignment duration Latest jobs listed in Human Resources & Recruitment Competitive hourly rate + 8% holiday pay Are you an organised and customer focused recruitment professional looking for your next opportunity?
