They operate across a network of company-owned and third-party warehouses, with a high-volume fulfilment operation at the core of their day-to-day activity. The Role Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, the Senior Logistics Coordinator takes ownership of warehouse and 3PL fulfilment across the network. The role is the primary point of accountability for 3PL performance, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day fulfilment execution, to ensure smooth outbound exports. Key Responsibilities Manage 3PL partnerships across receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, holding providers to agreed service levels Monitor and resolve fulfilment issues, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement Oversee inventory accuracy across the warehouse network, including stock health and forward cover Support tendering, onboarding and transition of new 3PL providers Identify cost optimisation opportunities across warehousing and fulfilment Contribute to network design and capacity planning as the business evolves Liaise with planning, sales and logistics teams to ensure fulfilment is aligned with demand Maintain data accuracy in NAV across all warehouse and fulfilment activity Provide light-touch support to outbound export logistics where required Key Skills & Experience Required 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse operations, fulfilment or logistics role Proven 3PL management experience with the ability to hold partners accountable WMS experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems an advantage Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management and fulfilment execution Familiarity with export logistics processes preferred, though not the primary focus of the role Commercially aware with an eye for cost optimisation and service improvement High attention to detail and strong data accuracy discipline Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities ERP experience; NAV familiarity an advantage What’s In It For You This is a hands-on operational role with genuine ownership across a busy, multi-site fulfilment network.
