Job Description
PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Officer for 6 months to permanent, based at Buona Vista. You will support shopper management, tenant relations, and mall events from the Concierge Desk, including processing vouchers and lost & found items. The role requires a Diploma in Customer Service and at least 1 year in retail/mall environments. Working hours are 5 days per week with rotating shifts; you will assist weekends and special events as needed, reporting to Marcom leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
