Traffic Management Workers Join a growing team and help keep New Zealand roads safe. We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Management Workers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high safety standards, and are looking to build a career within the civil and infrastructure industry. About the Role As a Traffic Management Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the safe setup, operation, and removal of temporary traffic management sites. You will work alongside experienced team members to ensure the safety of road users, pedestrians, contractors, and the public. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and remove traffic management equipment and signage. Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely when required. Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans. Identify and report hazards and safety concerns. Assist with general labouring duties as required. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Work collaboratively with supervisors, clients, and team members. What We\'re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Good communication skills and a positive team-focused approach. Physically fit and capable of manual work. Full Class 1 Driver Licence preferred. Traffic Management qualifications (TTM, TMO, STMS-NP, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
