The University of Waikato is seeking an experienced Associate Director Service Operations to join ITS and lead digital service operations across a large, complex university. You will supervise around 20 FTE in the Service Desk, Service Delivery and ICT Procurement, ensuring responsive, customer-focused technology services that support staff, students and visitors.
