Despatch Team Leader (Easysteel, Auckland) EasySteel Auckland Description We're looking for a hands-on Despatch Team Leader to lead our Auckland despatch team and ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. This role is responsible for team leadership, safety, inventory accuracy, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the warehouse and despatch functions. What you'll do Lead and develop a high-performing despatch team. Drive performance against key KPIs including DIFOT, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity Drive a strong safety-first culture. Support stocktakes, cycle counts, and warehouse operations. Identify and implement process improvements. Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams What you'll bring Previous leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution. Strong background and focus on Strong communication and people leadership skills. A focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
