About The Role As a Test Analyst, you'll help deliver high-quality software used by customers around the world. Working within an agile product team, you'll design and execute test coverage, investigate issues, and ensure our solutions are reliable, intuitive, and fit for purpose. What You'll Be Doing Analyse requirements and project documentation to design and write effective test cases Perform manual testing and develop automated scripts to support ongoing product quality Investigate, analyse and document anomalies in a clear, reproducible way Work closely with developers, product teams and testers within agile methodologies Support automation processes, monitor automation failures and contribute to releases Share knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement and support the wider testing community About You You're a quality-focused tester who loves digging into requirements, exploring edge cases, and ensuring every detail is covered. Working closely with developers and product teams, you'll help deliver reliable, high-quality software that meets customer needs. What You'll Bring 2-5 years' experience as a tester working in an agile team environment Experience writing and executing automated scripts and using automated testing tools Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear documentation and describe issues concisely Confidence developing test cases from requirements and design documents Sound judgement when assessing the impact and priority of anomalies Experience with web or mobile application testing, CI/CD processes, Ruby scripting, electronics systems or Gallagher products would be an advantage A tertiary qualification in computing, ISTQB certification, Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, or equivalent practical experience would support your success Working at Gallagher You’ll be part of a global, future-focused organisation where creativity and innovation are valued and supported.
