CGR Services is recruiting a Casual Residential Youth Worker for Te Puna Wai Youth Justice Residence in Christchurch. You will support rangatahi aged 13-17 who are in care awaiting court proceedings or serving sentences, providing safe, nurturing guidance and mentorship. You will help with daily routines, skills development, and personal growth, working across a 24/7 roster.
