About the Role We're on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our Front of House team. You'll take orders, deliver great kai, keep things sparkling clean, and most importantly—make people feel at home. This is a casual role, perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a team spirit, and the ability to thrive under pressure. What You'll Be Doing Taking customer orders and delivering food and drinks with a smile Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions about our menu Maintaining cleanliness of café areas and equipment Upselling menu items and processing payments accurately Supporting the kitchen team to keep service smooth Following all food safety and health and safety procedures Jumping in wherever needed to keep things humming! About You Previous experience in cafés, restaurants or fast-paced food environments A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills The ability to work well both independently and in a team A genuine love for people and great service (manaakitanga is a must!)
