Investment Corporation Limited – Auckland, North Island The Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) is responsible for managing and developing government assets that support the people of the Cook Islands. Our portfolio includes government buildings, strategic infrastructure, Crown land and oversight of State-Owned Enterprises. We're seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (General Manager Corporate Services) to join our Executive Leadership Team in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the Corporation's finance function while providing strategic leadership across Corporate Services, including procurement, contracts, information technology, communications and administration. This is a key executive role responsible for ensuring strong financial stewardship, sound governance and high-performing corporate services that enable the organisation to deliver on its strategic priorities. Key responsibilities Lead CIIC's financial strategy, planning and reporting. Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audit and financial compliance. Lead Corporate Services, including procurement, contracts, IT, communications and administration. Strengthen governance, risk management and business performance. Develop and lead a capable, engaged and high-performing team. Build effective relationships across Government, State-Owned Enterprises and key stakeholders. About you You'll be an experienced executive with the ability to think strategically while maintaining strong operational oversight. You will bring: A recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent). Significant senior leadership experience in finance or corporate services. Demonstrated experience leading organisational strategy, financial management and business improvement. Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Boards and executive leadership teams. Experience within the public sector or large, complex organisations will be well regarded.
