About The Role In this role you will plan, prepare and deliver the EF academic program through structured and interactive lessons and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction. Must live locally in the Auckland area or be able to commute each teaching day. Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to: Lesson planning and preparation before each class. Teaching classes following the EF methodology. Classroom management. Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up to date records and paperwork. Attending teacher meetings. Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests. Ensuring the EF behaviour code is followed by students at all times and inform management immediately if there are any issues or problems. Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise. Requirements Enthusiastic, organized and a natural leader. A team player, flexible and able to communicate professionally. Highly responsible, approachable and friendly. Have the ability to create a positive learning environment. Familiarity with classroom technology. Complete fluency in English.
