Electrical SIte Manager

About the Role We're partnering with a leading electrical company delivering commercial projects across Tauranga and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead onsite electrical teams. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour and materials, maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Benefits Competitive salary package based on experience Company vehicle, phone and tools of trade Monday-Friday role with occasional weekend work Long-term career progression Supportive team and positive workplace culture Work on a range of commercial electrical projects Duties Lead and supervise electrical teams onsite Coordinate daily site activities and project programmes Manage labour, materials, tools and equipment Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications Liaise with clients, contractors and project managers Deliver toolbox talks and maintain site documentation Mentor apprentices and support team development Ensure all work meets NZ electrical and health & safety standards Skills & Experience NZ Registered Electrician (or eligible for registration) Previous Site Manager or Leading Hand experience on commercial projects Commercial installation and maintenance experience Current Site Safe (or willing to obtain) Full NZ Driver Licence Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Commitment to quality workmanship and safety Culture Join a company that values Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Service, Focus and Teamwork .
