Maintenance Fitter

Taranakipine is an industry leader in value added wood products and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Maintenance team. About the role: You’ll carry out preventative, corrective andbreakdown maintenance across two operational sites, helping ensure plant andmachinery operate safely, reliably and efficiently. You may also assist withnew plant installations. Shift pattern: 12‑hour rotating shifts – 4 days on / 4 days off (5:30am–5:30pm and 8:00am–8:00pm) What we’re looking for: Positive and can-do attitude Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter, Fitter‑Turner orsimilar Industrial maintenance experience Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems Reasonable welding ability Experience with heavy industrial, rotating equipment Strong commitment to health and safety What we offer: Competitive rates of pay Safe, supportive and team‑focused culture Interesting, varied and challenging work Long‑term stability with a well‑established company Applicants must have the legal right to workin New Zealand and be able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug screen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
