Sample Responsibilities include: Own the day-to-day employment relationship for our Support Worker workforce. Champion Guaranteed Hours and Pay Equity processes across the business. Drive a seamless onboarding to offboarding experience for every employee. Build trusted relationships with Support Workers and key operational stakeholders. Partner with Operations to keep services fully staffed and running smoothly. Identify workforce trends, capability gaps and development opportunities. Keep us compliant, organised and one step ahead when it comes to employment obligations. Contract management and updating employee files. Managing low level performance management/ER issues and other HR processes. This is a 6 month fixed term position working Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm based in our Wyndham Street office in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga We are looking for someone with a can do attitude an interest in HR or Recruitment.If you possess a flair for flawless administration, and a passion for people, we want you on our team. Experience in an administration role is preferred. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A natural talent for building relationships and influencing positive outcomes. Strong communication skills. A collaborative approach and a passion for supporting people to succeed. Resilience, sound judgement and a knack for solving problems. A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive ways of working.
