The Doctors Apollo in Auckland is seeking a motivated Health Coach to join our team and support patients on their journey to better health within primary care. You will deliver brief health coaching, help patients set achievable goals, and connect them with community supports, working 24–28 hours per week in clinic alongside GP teams and HIPs.
