About the Role The Cardiac Ultrasound Department is inviting applications for a Trainee Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. Cardiovascular services provide care to a local and national population for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and arrhythmia management, heart failure and adult congenital heart disease. About the Team/Service/Location The position is primarily based at Auckland City Hospital, an 1165 bed teaching hospital.Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand is set in a pristine marine-based environment with a temperate climate and has a population of 1.5 million. You must also demonstrate the ability and maturity to work in stressful situations. Excellent communication is essential, as well as the ability to work equally well as part of a team or solo.
