Join Our Team Looking for your next opportunity in logistics? Qube's Tauranga team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join us on a 4 on, 4 off roster. If you enjoy a busy environment, like keeping things moving, and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the role for you. Hours This is a full-time, permanent role working a 4 days on, 4 days off rolling roster, Monday to Sunday, 6am to 6pm. The Role In this role, you will coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while maintaining accurate records and communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our in-house booking system Directing and instructing truck driver movements within the depot Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met Reconciling driver sheets to ensure movements are recorded correctly Reconciling MPI data to support depot compliance with regulations Coordinating acceptances, releases, and deliveries of full containers Assisting with internal and external enquiries Communicating with staff via RT What You'll Bring Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive, accountable approach with the ability to take ownership and follow through Why Qube At Qube, you'll enjoy steady hours, weekly pay, and genuine support from day one.
