Precast Project Manager

ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Precast Project Manager to join our client, a leading civil contractor delivering major infrastructure projects in Wellington, New Zealand. This role is responsible for managing the production and delivery of precast concrete products, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Main Duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of precast concrete projects from planning through delivery. Lead production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet safety, quality, budget, and programme targets. Coordinate production schedules and the delivery of precast elements to project sites. Monitor project costs, progress, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 8–10+ years' experience in civil infrastructure, precast concrete, or construction. Experience managing precast concrete projects or working in a precast yard. Knowledge of precast products such as bridge girders, culverts, tunnel segments, retaining walls, concrete pipes, box culverts, columns, beams, slabs, and drainage structures.
