By driving radical collaboration and building shared learning communities across the entire Group, you will dismantle silos and align our ways of working, while simultaneously spearheading our shift into advanced strategic portfolio tooling to ensure every investment translates into faster, tangible value. We are looking for a visionary mentor who can bridge the gap between process and people, someone with the delivery grit to redefine steady-state operations and the entrepreneurial spirit to lead a high-performing community toward a future of consistent, world-class execution. This six month fixed term or secondment role, offers a flexible hybrid work model and open for the location of Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland or Christchurch. What You'll Do Provide on the job coaching for leaders and key stakeholders in contemporary delivery practices–including agile practices, roles, scaled agile methodologies, and team ways of working. Contribute to and tailor Delivery Excellence frameworks for faster delivery of value, ensuring fit for purpose adoption in the IAG context Plan and execute interventions to lift Delivery maturity in contemporary delivery practices – at individual, initiative, and portfolio level Drive collaboration and alignment across the IAG Group to ensure consistent approach, ways of working and shared learning communities Support the shift to strategic portfolio tooling and effectively drive value out of this investment in steady-state, including ensuring WoW are redefined as needed to run processes out of strategic tools What You'll Bring Your experience, presence and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire, motivate and influence at all levels (particularly senior / executive level) Your coaching, facilitation and communication skills enable you to uplift the capability of others and influence to a desired outcome You are a system level thinker and have experience driving change at this level You collaborate, contribute and create in a constantly changing environment You hademonstratedexperience in coaching agile and lean ways of working, in organisations of varying size and complexity You have expert knowledge of Agile frameworks and are able to apply them pragmatically to suit different context You have expert knowledge of leading Agile framework development within complex corporate environments What We Offer Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard. 20 days annual leave + 5 daysMyLeave(extra leave forwhat’simportant to you).
