Operations Specialist NZ001 Marsh Ltd_NZ Papanui,Christchurch Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Christchurch office. We will count on you to: Responsible for the servicing of our NZ local businesses ensuring growth targets and service standards are met. Providing assistance in all aspects of client service to key internal stakeholders Delivering accurate, efficient, and timely Administration & Technical support – such as insurance placement documentation, invoicing, updating computer records and premium funding documentation Developing effective working relationships with our internal broker network Gaining exposure to the wider insurance industry via liaising with Underwriters on behalf of the broker network. Actively support and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the Company. What you need to have: Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Strong numerical skills Excellent organisation skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills – able to work within a team Comfortable and experience working with technology (solutions) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word, and Excel Preferable with insurance knowledge What makes you stand out: University degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience desirable Graduate or administrator with 1-2 years previous insurance or financial services experience preferred Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
