Enliven is seeking a Clinical Coordinator at Kandahar Court, Masterton, Wellington. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on Nursing duties to support residents living with dementia and empower our care team. You will work with the Home Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to deliver high standards of care, mentor Registered and Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants, and foster a warm, safe environment where residents are at the centre of decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
