About The Role As the AI Transformation Manager, you will lead the adoption, scaling, governance implementation, and value realisation of AI across Generate. You will help teams rethink how work gets done, identify high-value AI opportunities, embed AI into core business processes, drive cultural change, and ensure AI investments generate measurable outcomes. ensuring we remain agile and responsive to change, leading initiatives to lift culture, improve performance and ensure overall continuous improvement. Generate has completed the foundation stage of its AI journey. The next challenge is turning AI from a technology initiative into an organisational capability. This role will be instrumental in helping Generate achieve that goal by ensuring AI is adopted responsibly, delivers measurable value, and becomes part of how we work every day. Your day-to-day will look something like this: Lead Generate's AI transformation, driving the adoption of AI across the business and embedding it into the way teams work. Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and redesign processes that improve customer and business outcomes. Champion organisational change, building AI capability, supporting learning and fostering an AI-first culture. Establish governance and measure success, ensuring AI is adopted responsibly while tracking value, productivity and ROI. Build AI capability and best practice, developing reusable frameworks, playbooks and a Centre of Excellence that enables long-term success. Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into practical solutions that enhance the way Generate operates. What Sets You Apart General Tertiary Degree, plus at least 5 years experience in AI Transformation & Change Leadership:Experience leading digital, AI, data, or technology transformation initiatives. Proven ability to drive organisational adoption of new capabilities. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Business Process Improvement:Experience redesigning business processes and operating models. Ability to identify and quantify value opportunities. Strong customer and business outcome focus. Executive Communication: Comfortable presenting to senior leadership teams. Ability to influence without direct authority. Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills. AI & Technology Literacy: Good understanding of modern AI capabilities including: Generative AI / AI agents / Enterprise AI platforms / Automation technologies Ability to work effectively with technical specialists without needing to be the technical expert. Governance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of risk management, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI principles. Ability to balance innovation with governance requirements.
