Caregiver

Pukeora Trust has an exciting opportunity for a caring and committed Residential Caregiver to join our team. We currently have positions available across the following shifts: Day: 7:00am – 3:30pm Evening: 3:00pm – 11:30pm Night: 11:30pm – 7:00am As part of our team, you will: Build meaningful and lasting relationships with our residents Support residents by following their individual care plans Assist with daily living tasks and encourage independence Work closely with colleagues to create a caring, positive, and supportive environment Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing for all residents About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will bring: Kindness and compassion Strong empathy and patience A reliable, friendly, and professional approach The ability to work well within a team Experience in disability support is welcomed but not essential — what matters most is your genuine heart for people and willingness to learn.
