Production Staff/Operators

Are you a hands‑on problem solver with a passion for machinery and manufacturing? We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team and play a key role in the production process. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high‑quality standards, this could be the opportunity for you. About the Role As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery and equipment Monitor process performance through control systems and respond to alarms or deviations Replenish production lines to maintain consistent output Carry out quality checks and testing to ensure products meet required specifications Safely operate forklifts and other plant equipment Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and operational excellence About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a manufacturing, processing, or technical operating environment Forklift License (bonus!) Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery Good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team A proactive approach to health, safety, and quality standards The ability to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test and Ministry of Justice check What's in It for You?
