Generalist Accounts Payable Platinum Recruitment•Dunedin Generalist Accounts Payable Publication Date 27 / 07 / 2026 Location Dunedin Type Contract or Temp Sector Accounting THE ROLE: Our Dunedin based client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Generalist for a month long temporary assignment, with an immediate start. This role supports the accounts and finance departments to maintain a clean database as they move to a new ERP system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts payable management from processing to payment Managing and creating purchase orders Running financial reports and updating budgets Reconciling invoices with receipts, contracts, or POs Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system SKILL SET: Experience using enterprise level financial systems (preferred) Proven experience in accounts payable management and invoice reconciliation High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Available to start immediately NOTES: Applicants will be subject to a Ministry of Justice check and references.
