Develop and inspire others, building the capability of staff through collaborative, visible and relational leadership. Lead strategically, confidently guiding curriculum innovation and continuous improvement while honouring the traditions and values of St Mary's. Build authentic relationships, creating a culture where students, staff, whānau and parish feel connected, valued and inspired.
