Customer Service Representative - Lido Aquatic Centre

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for people in your community? Lido Aquatic Centre is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting reception and customer service operations. About the Role This is a permanent full-time position working 30 hours per week across a rotating seven-day roster between 5:00am and 9:00pm. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends is essential. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors Process admissions, memberships, and retail transactions accurately Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with attention to detail Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Support reception and administrative functions Work collaboratively within a positive and supportive team environment Take initiative and effectively manage day-to-day tasks About You We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys working with people from all walks of life Is reliable, organised, and self-motivated Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is confident handling cash and administrative tasks Can work independently while contributing to a team environment Previous customer service or administration experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
