This position is a key role in our People and Culture team, based in our global head office at our Te Ipu site in Irongate Road, Hastings. This is a one-year fixed term role to cover an employee on secondment. Hours can be full time, or applications for part time hours at 0.8 FTE will be considered. Key Responsibilities Processing weekly NZ payroll Managing global payroll in multiple jurisdictions through third party partners Maintaining payroll and employee records Supporting the People & Culture and finance teams with reporting, analysis and workstream delivery Assisting Managers and employees with pay and entitlements queries Skills and Experience 3+ years end to end payroll experience including waged and salaried staff Knowledge and understanding of the NZ Holidays Act and payroll legislation Experience with global payroll would be an advantage Strong IT skills and numeracy Accuracy and attention to detail A master of multi-tasking who is calm under pressure Proven team relationship and communication skills About Rockit Rockit is an apple company with a difference and we’re looking for a uniquely awesome person to work, live, laugh and do all sorts of different with us.
