As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their New Zealand team and are looking for three Customer Care Executives to join their supportive and fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to join a business where customer service genuinely matters. Working across both customer experience and dealer support, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and business partners, helping solve problems, provide product guidance and ensure every interaction reflects a commitment to going above and beyond. This role will suit someone who is confident on the phone, thrives on variety and takes pride in finding solutions. You’ll manage a mix of phone calls, emails and live chat interactions, balancing competing priorities while delivering a consistently high level of service. About The Role Manage inbound customer interactions across phone, email and live chat Support customers with product advice, troubleshooting and general enquiries Provide dealer support including quotes, tracking requests, returns and credit enquiries Manage customer cases through Salesforce, ensuring accurate notes and timely follow-up Work collaboratively with internal teams across Australia and New Zealand What You’ll Bring Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre or another customer-facing environment A confident and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine desire to help people The ability to remain positive and composed in a fast-paced environment A “can-do” attitude with the ability to adapt and use initiative beyond a script A hungry, humble and smart mindset - we want someone who enjoys being part of a team and getting stuck in What’s on Offer Competitive salary package with regular pay reviews Monthly bonuses and team celebrations when business targets are achieved Birthday leave and additional employee benefits Full training provided, including a two-week onboarding trip to Australia Supportive team environment with daily huddles and regular one-on-one coaching Opportunities for career growth and progression as the New Zealand team expands Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm hours Parking provided Eligibility To apply for this vacancy, you MUST be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
